Description
Marge Piercy’s poem “The Book of Naomi and Ruth” highlights the relationship between these two travellers as models for how to walk through this “road of shards” together. The final lines are printed here, with Biblical verses commanding the harvest’s gleanings to be left for the vulnerable, and an original woodcut illustration by Aaron Silver.
